Comprehensive Lift and Stairlift Maintenance Plans

Our maintenance plans cater to a variety of lift types, including stairlifts, home lifts, step lifts, platform lifts, and hoists. Each plan is crafted to deliver the necessary services that ensure your lifts operate smoothly and safely throughout the year. By choosing the right plan for your needs, you can benefit from professional, regular upkeep and swift issue resolution.

We offer three levels of maintenance contracts:

  • Gold Contract: This premium plan includes extensive services, priority callouts, and additional perks for maximum peace of mind. With the Gold Contract, you receive comprehensive coverage that ensures your lift is always in top condition. Our team performs regular check-ups, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to any malfunctions.
  • Silver Contract: Our mid-tier option offers essential maintenance services with flexible callout options during standard working hours. The Silver Contract is ideal for those who require a balanced approach to lift maintenance, combining regular service visits with dependable support when you need it.
  • Bronze Contract: Providing basic maintenance coverage, the Bronze Contract is perfect for lifts with lower usage. This cost-effective solution ensures that your lift receives the necessary attention to function reliably without the frills of more extensive plans.
Gold (GW Lifts Installed Units ONLY) - 2 x Services per year All Callouts (excluding for misuse and accidental damage) Parts and Labour included.
Silver (GW Lifts Installed Units ONLY) - 2 x services per year. Callouts Free of charge between 9-5 (Excluding callouts for misuse and accidental damage) Parts and Labour not included.
Bronze (Non GW lifts installed units included) - 2 x Services per year. Parts and Labour not included.

Regular Servicing and Callout Attendance

Regular servicing is crucial for the longevity of your lift. Our contracts include scheduled maintenance visits, ensuring all components are in perfect working condition. During these visits, our experienced technicians conduct thorough inspections, perform routine adjustments, and identify potential issues before they become major problems.

In the event of an issue, our swift callout service ensures minimal disruption to your daily routine. We understand the importance of having your lift operational, and our dedicated team is committed to providing prompt and effective solutions.

  • Standard Working Hours: Our team is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, for any maintenance or repair needs. This ensures that you have access to professional assistance during the most convenient times.

  • Out of Hours Service: For emergencies, we offer out-of-hours support to ensure your lift is always operational. Our emergency response team is on standby to address any urgent issues that may arise outside of regular working hours, giving you peace of mind around the clock.
